Do you have a
phone number to accept phone orders and questions?
We currently are
not set up to accept phone orders. The most effective way to
communicate with us is through
email. We attempt to promptly respond to all email requests for
information.
What forms of
payments do you accept?
We accept all
credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover, as
well as, PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders.
How safe is my
credit card and personal information when I place an order?
We use the latest
secure server technology to process your orders. We never see any
of your credit card information, since it is processed
electronically by our credit card processing service. None of your
personal information is ever shared or sold.
How much will
shipping cost?
Shipping is
calculated based on the total weight of the items in the order. To
get the best estimate, just simply add items to your shopping cart
and view the calculated shipping costs based on your ship to
location. Free standard shipping is available for US
customers whose order totals $99.95 or more.
What shipping
methods are available?
We ship to our US
customers via USPS (Parcel Post and Priority Mail) and UPS (Ground
and 2nd Day Air). We ship via USPS (Priority or Global
Express) to our international customers. Each customer may choose
the method and speed of their order shipments.
What is the
status of my order?
You may check
your order status
here. We
attempt to ship all orders on the next business day that the order
was received.
Can you guarantee
that my order will arrive by x date?
We can not
guarantee that an order will arrive by a certain day. We can only
hold to our promise to pack and ship your order as fast as
possible.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, England/Great
Britain, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland,

deal that you can give me on a large order?
We are sorry, but
we do not negotiate custom deals for large orders. Our products are
priced at the best and most competitive prices that we can offer.
Periodically we will lower prices on certain products or offer
discounts. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new
arrivals and deals.

Out of Stock, can I pre-order it?
We do not accept
pre-orders. However, you may sign-up for our newsletter and you
will be notified when new product comes in stock.
